These terms apply to your use of www.connexivefinops.uk. By using the website you accept them. They do not govern any services we provide; those are set out in an engagement letter agreed with each client.

Information on the website
The content of this website is general information about Connexive FinOps and its services. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Advice is given only within a signed engagement and on the facts of your business.
We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current at all times.
Prices
Prices shown are starting prices, exclude VAT and assume one entity with clean data. The fee for your business is confirmed in writing after a review of your transaction volumes, a Readiness Diagnostic or a scoping discussion, and the terms that apply are those in your engagement letter.
Client results and endorsements
Case studies describe work delivered on past mandates. Deal and financial values are shown in ranges to protect client confidentiality. Past results do not guarantee similar outcomes for other businesses. Endorsements are reproduced from recommendations given publicly by the people quoted.
Intellectual property
The website and its original content, design, eight-test methodology, Connexive and Connexive FinOps branding and associated materials are owned by or licensed to Connexive Limited. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, reproduce or adapt any part of the website for commercial use without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Privacy
How we use personal data is explained in our privacy notice.
